Incorrect Click message and non matching icons.

Solution If you are receiving the "incorrect click" message, you more than likely do not have your browser set at 100%.

LFMTE scripts obtain the correct images by the position of it on your screen. When the browser is set to anything but 100% you will start to get the incorrect click message. You can change your browser zoom in the following ways:

THROUGH THE BROWSERS TOOLBAR OPTIONS

FIREFOX

Press the Alt key to bring up the Firefox menus
Click the View menu at the top of the Firefox window,
Select Zoom
Select Reset

CHROME

Click on the wrench icon in the upper right corner of the browser window.
Set Zoom to 100%

SAFARI

Click on the page icon in the upper right corner
Select Zoom
Select Actual Size

APPLE

(Command + 0)

PROBLEMS WITH NON MATCHING ICONS

To make the page load faster the browser caches page elements such as images. This can at times cause the browser to show older cached versions of the surf images instead of new images.

You can solve this problem by frequently clearing your cache, especially if you are surfing a great deal. I clear my cache as well as reboot several times a day. You can clear the cache in the following wayS.

CHROME

Click on wrench in upper right of browser
Click options > under the hood > clear all browsing data
or
History > clear all browsing data

INTERNET EXPLOREW

Use the following keyboard shortcuts to clear the browser’s cache.
(Ctrl + F5)

FIREFOX

Use the following keyboard shortcuts to clear the browser’s cache.
Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R
Apple: Cmd + Shift + R

SAFARI
Use the following keyboard shortcut to clear the browser’s cache.
Alt-Cmd-E

Occassionally just clearing the computers cache will not help. You can then try clearing your DSL routers cachE by unplugging your DSL and wireless routers from the wall. Not from the computer but from the wall socket.

You will find that clearing your cach frequently will improve your browsing experience. Be proactive and clear "before" you run into issues.

If your account has been suspended because of incorrect clicks due to surf bar issues simply send us a support ticket and we will reactivate the account.
